Therapy can be helpful in allowing you to better understand yourself and others, leading to greater satisfaction in all aspects of life. Unproductive life patterns can be corrected by combining traditional therapy methods with hypnosis. Using this combination I'm able to guide people toward growth and healing, thus achieving the positive changes they want in their lives.

Psychotherapy is as much an art as it is a science. The art of therapy cannot be quantified or taught in graduate school--it is the subjective intuitive quality that lives within the therapist.
